Other metaphysical stores are charging for meditation classes, at The Unity Tree we hold a weekly meditation group that is absolutely free and open to anyone. Often times we get people who have never meditated and say they want to but either dont know how, or just cant do it. We work with them and teach them how simple and life changing meditation really is, we have taught many who have felt this way and are always open and eager to teach.
