Others can tell you different, but love is unconditional. You take the good with the bad, you accept ones past, you share both happiness and sadness, you provide a healthy, safe and peaceful environment for the two of you, you communicate on a daily basis, finding fault, criticizing or judging one another is unacceptable. Forgiveness in all things is the key to a successful relationship! Never give someone a reason to be jealous! Being in a relationship is a lifelong commitment you both agree to. Fighting is silly and there are no winners. Going for periods of time without speaking is just plain childish. Emotional, mental and of course physical abuse should NEVER be tolerated. It takes work to make a relationship strong. Staying positive and being optimistic together can get you through the darkest of times. And no matter how many times you want to give up, you work things through. Loving someone is not often easy, but I would never exchange true love for all the money in the world. Love someone not because they give you what you need, but because they give you feelings you never thought possible. Relationships are worth fighting for, but you cant be the only one fighting. When someone truly cares about you, they make an effort not an excuse. My mother and father Simon and Florence Levi were married 67 years and I was taught by the best!
