Our 119th Word: We have had 2 People Power Revolutions in the past 28 years, Edsa 1 and Edsa 2. Both revolutions, gave the ruling elite, the powers of government and they prospered during their reign. But the poor, who should have been the beneficiary of the rebellions, remain to be poor and continue to pray for food, clothing and shelter. Now, there are some who shout for Edsa 3, to stop corruption in government. They are the elite who were ousted in Edsa Dos. If this happens, it will be another farce revolution of the rich, launched at the expense of the poor. If we have to rebel, it has to be waged by the masses and led by a leader from their ranks, otherwise, only the rich will again benefit from their self-serving revolutions. Atty.
