Our 4 yr old air conditioning unit crapped out a few days ago. Called the original installation company. They charge $100 service fee and $50/lb of refridgerent. We have a small leak. To fix @$1000. Called this company from Craigslist AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING (Pitts/surround Rick at 412-277-0797 .. Only took $240 today. He got it working again in 30 mins. Charged $30/lb refridgerent and $55 service charge. He also added dye to find the leak and put the pipes to the draining water back together. Gave me a quick every home owner should know tour and will fix our broken duct for $25 no service fee. When he returns to repair the dye located leak $300. All in all a great company. And his partner was very nice. My 5 yr old son was all in the way. Both guys were very welcoming to his excited fascination and let him Help the whole time.
