Middle Office Analyst Job Responsibilities • Daily monitoring of regional cash management transactions and settlement of the said-transactions and ensure timely clearing these transactions in SAP Symphony; • Daily monitoring of AsP2Pire/GXRS related bank clearing and in-transit accounts, and ensure timely clearing and refund handling process, including preparation of month-end GL reconciliation of the related bank clearing and in-transit accounts; • Review and settle cash management transactions (for example: investments, loans, external bank account fund transfers ) • Daily monitoring of automated bank statement uploads and ensure all statements received are up-to-date and without out-of-balance with SAP Symphony; • Ensure operation of internal controls in accordance with J&J Sarbanes Oxley procedures. Requirements • Minimum diploma in Accountancy or Economics • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a Financial Institution, Corporate Treasury or similar financial environment; • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; • Details-oriented; • Ability to establish work priorities, and adjust based on business needs; • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in teams; • Confident in a constantly changing environment; • Fluency in English is required. Any additional Asian language skills can be an advantage.
