Our Engineers in the manufacturing sectors are paid one fourth in comparison to our soft soft weired services in the IT sectors or at the banks mostly speculating DALAL street movements. One can well imagine the pay packages of our mechanics who are given the responsibilities to undertake services or overhaul of those most developed mean military flying machines.Mechanics are from ITIs or some obscure vocational centers where they do even own a Lab for any practical training. Till the time we develop our own R&D create our own design , manufacture such mean machines on our own efforts without any support from any foreign country we will continue to make a mess during servicing , repairs & overhaul and lose our brave pilots and the machine as well. Its time to take the path China has taken . To develop manufacturing sectors and leave the software to developed countries till we become self sufficient mature and self reliant in every aspects of manufacturing such mean machines without resorting to export of any component thereafter
