Our Friday Challenge each week will challenge you to establish one new healthy living goal. The trick to healthy living is making small changes...taking more steps, adding fruit to your cereal, having an extra glass of water...these are just a few ways you can start living healthy without drastic changes. This week let’s focus on your pearly whites. Besides brushing your teeth morning and night, there are some things you can do to ensure good dental health in between brushings including: avoiding staining beverages like soda, tea and coffee; cutting down on sugary snacks; reduce the amount of gum you chew; floss regularly; and see your dentist and hygienist for regular cleanings. If you protect your teeth today, you will have a brilliant smile for years to come!
