Garlic Bubble Bread* 1 lb. frozen bread dough, thawed 1/3 c. garlic infused oil 1/3 c. unsalted butter, melted, or olive oil 2 T. finely minced fresh parsley 2 T. finely minced fresh garlic salt and pepper to taste (can also use seasoned salt) 1/2 c. pieces or lumps of chevre cheese (goat cheese) 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese sesame seeds for garnish Generously spray 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Divide dough into small chunks to form 1 1/2-inch balls; set aside. Whisk together garlic oil and butter (or olive oil), parsley and garlic. Dip dough balls in mixture. Arrange all dough balls layering on each other in prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle in between layers with salt and pepper, dot with chevre cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with sesame seeds, if desired. Cover loaf pan loosely with plastic wrap and let bread rise until almost doubled, about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place loaf pan on a baking sheet and place in oven. Bake until browned and crusty looking, about 30 to 40 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes before serving. Do not slice the bread; instead serve warm and simply pull apart sections to serve. *submitted by Deborah Hartung
