Growth Rates are applicable as under:- 100% (Daily 5% of committed amount will be deposited in e-wallet up to 15 days. Hundred Manager: At least 10 direct numbers of Ten managers must be qualified. Thousand Manager: At least 10 direct numbers of Hundred managers must be qualified. Team Core Manager: At least 10 direct numbers of thousand managers must be qualified. Star Director: At least 10 numbers of Team Core Manager must be qualified. If any team member achieve 10 Mangers qualification and successfully execute 10 commitments in 7 Days , then he will get 5% (maximum 200,000) ACHIEVERS ZONE:-Achievers Zone has been designed for fast and smart networkers. Total reward Amount max. up to 200000/= 500000/= 10,00000/= Rules & Regulations Each participant will be given 72 hrs to fulfill his/her commitment. After completion of 72 hrs, an alert message will be sent the participant to fulfill his/her commitment by next 24hrs (Banking Hours). If Participant fails to fulfill his commitment, Id will be blocked permanently and will never be unblocked. Since the defaulters are not to be required in R.I.C.H. therefore All the Senior Persons even management people are requested not to approach to open defaulter id and feel embarrassed. Always keep in mind that this is your system. So please do not allow anybody to harm your system. If 60% direct referrals of a leader fail to fulfill their commitment, that leader will not be eligible for level income. If 80% direct referrals of a leader fail to fulfill their commitment, Id of that leader will be blocked. Example: - To understand Rule no. 4 and 5, we just take an example; suppose Mr. XY introduces 10 new direct referrals to RICH community. Out of 10 participants, 06 direct referrals fail to help the people for which they have committed some amount. Then level income of Mr. XY will be stopped. If 8 referrals fail to fulfill their commitment, id of Mr. XY will be blocked. Since Mr. XY has introduced 8 wrong participants. I.e. 80% of total direct participants, id of Mr. XY will be blocked. Sunday will be closed and there will be no transaction at all. No bonus will be added in ewallet. Participant will get names of Receivers/ Donors within 72 hrs from the date of commitment/ after confirmation of id. Any type of Misbehavior with Donor or avoidance (or linger on) to confirm the id will not be tolerated. Id of Receiver Participant will be blocked and will be opened only after producing genuine reason by his TCM to RICH. If any Receiver complains about fake bank receipt uploaded by sender and he/she has not received help amount, In that case id of sender participant will be blocked. If receive participant do not confirm id of donor within 24 hrs. Receiver participant is requested to send scanned copy of Bank receipt to RICH (admin) for acceptance. Every manager above 10 manager will have to commit a minimum 10% of earned amount of previous month in 1st week of every month (1st day to 7th day of the month)day of the month). Failing which,income reward related to that manager will be stopped. Example:- Suppose the income of a manager for the month of June is Rs. 20000/- only.According to the rule, the concerned manager will have to commit 10% of Rs.20000/=i.e. Rs.2000/- only Dear Participant, It has been cleared that you have gone through the above helping Plan and rules-regulation too.1.
