Our IT Manager has been working on Vodafone with our service provider... This is the update just in>>>>> The network have confirmed that the issues in the area should now be resolved after an engineer visit the site this morning! Please can you ask the user to do a manual roam (instructions attached) to allow any updates on the network to go through fully? If you can process some more test calls for me after the user has done the above that would be great! (I need at least 5 examples to raise a case to the network) We can then have this investigated further.
