Our Job of the Week this week is for Quality Improvement Manager. The Quality Improvement Manager will manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that programs and operational areas use a data-driven approach and performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The QI Manager will develop and communicate an overall PMQI vision that aligns with BCHD’s strategic mission; lead PMQI policy development; develop and implement a PMQI training program for staff; evaluate and document the impact PMQI efforts have on the Department’s programs and systems.The Quality Improvement Manager will also manage the development, submission, and coordination of an application for accreditation to the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB).
