Our Kylie girl is hangin in there! She was doing great this morning, til about 3 when she spiked a 102 fever. Her heart rate sky rocket, she started shivering, and she vomited. Luke and I got a little scared for a second. It took a little while for the Tylenol to kick in, but its been 7 hours now with no more fever. They immediately put her on some more antibiotics. They also took cultures from her blood, urine, and the fluid thats draining from her head. The fluid they drew is showing high levels of neutrophils, which is what happens when you get an infection, so we are guessing thats where the infection is, but we wont know for sure until the culture comes back. In precautions they now have her on 4 different antibiotics. Kill it before it spreads. Other then this infection, Kys doing great. The strength in her left hand is slowly coming back and she was able to sit up for about twenty minutes straight today. Shes one amazing little girl.
