Our Long time friend, good buddy and family member Enzo passed away yesterday at the age of 14. We adopted Enzo from a no kill shelter in Illinois when he was three years old and tried to give him the best home possible. Enzo was a feisty little guy who was free to roam the property but chose instead to be by our sides constantly. He was a true companion that put up with a lot of grief from our one time Jack Russell named Roonie, and our black labs named Gina and Abby. Enzo loved our customers and constantly wanted to be in the tasting room to greet them. After hours he would often wander to the tasting room just to see if anyone was around. Sadly, he began to suffer from old age with complications from arthritis and a congested heart. He will be missed deeply but has left us with loving memories of his companionship and loyalty. Hes in a better place now and his suffering is over. Thank you to everyone who knew Enzo, who treated him with respect and kindness. You were part of his life as much as we were.
