Our Mt Vic House is up for rent! The location is pretty much perfect, with Waitangi park, sunday markets, the harbor and New world just across the road, not to mention dangerously close to Mt CVic Chippery for sundays. The flat itself has 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious rooms at the front with morning sun, and two at the back, one with double french doors and lots of afternoon sun! Each bedroom has a wardrobe included. Also a big courtyard out the back that is perfect for summer eating outdoors, tanning and BBQs with friends. Rent is $200 per week, you can either have it for summer (you can have 1-4 rooms until mid feb) or secure it now for another year.
