Our Peaches is gone. This morning she was having trouble walking. She took a few steps & fell over. She didnt want water, treats or her yummy meds (theyre sweet) I carried her around in a little blanket rubbing her head and letting her listen to the birds chirp and looking out the window until she stopped breathing. I covered her up & put her on her bed but Rocko looked worried & uncovered her little face & laid next to her all day. The hardest part of the day was Jordan running in from school to see her & she saw the look on my face......I saw my childs heart break. We took several pictures but theyre to painful to look at or share. But Jordan has them for memories. I bought potted pink tulips for Peaches. They will mark where shes buried in the yard and the vet gave us a clay plaque to make a paw print impression. Jordans friends have been texting & messaging support. She needs it. #missheralready
