Our Prezzy must either be insane or he must be high on something..this Wage Bill issue didnt begin jana..when his Government took over SRC reviewed salaries for senior officials including Mpigs....the pigs as usual threatened to paralyse HIS Government if their salaries were not reviewed upwards..that is when he should have acted... after all Jubillee has majority in both the lower and upper house..now threatening CEOs of parastatals with mandatory pay cuts while MPIGS earn 1 Million and above monthly and all they do is engage everyone and every instituiton in useless arguements that add no value to Kenyans.....now if Governors fly flags or not.. how is that affecting me as a Kenyan???
