Our St. Clement 8th graders touched my heart profoundly this afternoon during their rehearsal for tonights May Crowning. I couldnt attend tonight because of a commitment to celebrate Mass for the St. Anthony novena at St. Anthony Shrine. The incredible reverence and discipline of these young teens as they spoke of Mary and signed Hail Mary, Gentle Woman moved me to tears--so much so that it was hard for me to express my appreciation to them after it was over. Their incredibly skilled teacher, Ms. Donna Muchmore, always brings the best out of her students. I will miss these kids greatly when they graduate. I pray that they always know the love and protection of our Blessed Mother whom they honored so well today. Peace. Fr. Fred
