Our Time Warner Internet AND home telephone line BOTH out! Spent 25 plus mins on phone with rude & VERY unhappy in his job tech support jack ass in Kansas City! He finally ascertained (after several tech efforts:tries) that we must have home tech appt! BUT first available appt is Tuesday the 6th at 11:AM.....so am being held hostage by TW! Fuming! We are bundled with phone, TV & Internet.....guess should be thankful have cable! They have NOT heard the last from me! End of my tirade but stay tuned! Technology is a nightmare & consumers have ZERO rights!!!!!Jeeeeez!
