Our Tuesday night Over 35s comp saw the first week of split division games being played. In Division 2, Dads Army, beginning to peak at the pointy end of the season defeated a depleted Barny Army 7-4. A highly entertaining match and with the whiff of finals in the air, the intensity of both teams rose as well. The divisions other game saw another spirited performance from the Whities. In the end, Dementure were far too good running out 6-3 victors. Division 1 saw the match of the round with Terribal FC taking on the might of Killarney. This match was a high quality affair with both sides proving age is no barrier when it comes to silky touches and quality goals. In the end, Killarney run out winners 4-2. The final match of the night saw Clunge continue on their merry little way against the boys from the Gummies. A goal fest was the result of this match with Clunge running out 12-7 winners and the scorers hands being quite sore by the end of this one! Another great night of football down here at Future!
