Our beer list for Labor of Love 2013: Little Mans Complex Oatmeal Stout This is one of our new creations. We set out create a stout that is both unique and a session ale that can be enjoyed year round. LMC has a great blend of flavors ending in a subtle chocolate finish with hints of hazelnut and coffee. Brewed to have a slightly lighter body then most stouts, this refreshing ale still delivers a complex array of flavor. ABV: 5.2 IBU: 33 Golden Dog Bavarian Witt A unique mash up of what we love in a golden ale with the sensibility of Bavaria Wheat beer. This ale has a refreshing crisp malt taste with hints of banana with a light sweet finish. While having allot of the flavor quality’s of a true bière blanche but not lacking our own unique take on this. ABV: 6 IBU: 14 Off the Leash Texas Red Our beautiful Texas Red ale has been a favorite for a wile now and why change a good thing. With an earthy feel usually found in Scottish style ales this brew stands out from any other red ale out there with its deep hoped flavor and a wonderful aroma. Beautifully balanced but big and bold just like Texas! ABV: 5.3 IBU: 23 Special Limited Quantity Beers No event is complete without a few special beers being shared!
