I would like to think thats solely due to my charm but Im smart enough to know its because of loyal cusotmers, the fifteen people Im blessed to have work with me (staff turnover of ONE in 7 years), and my silent partner who is only silent until he knows I need to take action, and a future partner who runs things the only way I know how.
