Our classes have now started again after summer and all beginners or people with previous experience in MMA/Grappling/Striking are more than welcome to come by for a free trial. We have now also made a deal with Jeff Miller to instruct at our gym two times a month! It will be every other thursday. For those of you who do not know Jeff or did not attended his seminar at our gym here is some info: Jeff has previously been awarded as the best grappling instructor in the US and runs a sucsessfull academy in Oslo. He is affiliated under Dean Lister who is one of the absolute best grapplers in the world and has won ADCC twice and has a long MMA career from Pride and UFC. Jeff has trained a lot of good people in USA in grappling and amongst them current UFC fighters Jim and Dan Miller (No they are not related;) Anyway, Jeff is well known as one of the best if not the best grappling instructor in Norway, and it is a great asset for Prestige to have him instruct at our place regularly. I strongly encourage you to attend when he is instructing! Welcome!
