Our client is seeking candidates for the following position: Costumer contact Job description: • Supporting Customer Order Processing activities for products which are manufactured • Understand all customer requirements, use Customer WEB portal for communication • Provide daily support for all customers assigned to ensure 100% on time delivery • Focal point of contact for European customers • Communicate and escalate issues that have potential customer impact in time • Work with PC&L counterparts • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of SAP system (Customer Order, shipments) • Work on SAP EDI error report on a daily basis and correct errors • Support product lunches and product model changes • Take part in European SAP projects • Provide reports to CPC&L Management on a regular basic Profile requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem solving skills/analytical ability • SAP experience Preferred • Ability to work remotely from team members • self motivated, SELF Starter • Strong excel skills • strong teamwork attitude • able to consolidate large amounts of data into usable format for customer communications • PC&L Background • ability to work across competencies to resolve issues • Fluency in English, German or Polish preferred Location: Vas country If you are interested in the position above, please send your English and Hungarian CV to [email protected].
