Our client which is operating in retail sector is looking for HR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST. / ISTANBUL (Please forward your CV: sibel@iscconsulting ) QUALIFICATIONS • University degree, • Min. 3 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll within a big international company, • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and procedures, • Experienced in country’s specific fiscal law, social security and labor, • SAP Payroll and SAP Time management module knowledge • Good knowledge of MS Office tools • Experienced in project and process management, • Pro-active, self-motivated and willing to take responsibility, • Analytical and interdisciplinary thinking , • Versatile, flexible and willing to work in a team, • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, • Enjoy working in an international atmosphere, • No military obligation for male candidates JOB DESCIRIPTION • Responsible for the company’s payroll accounting (salary payment, bonus payment ,etc.) • Carrying out bank transfer of wages, • Carrying out best necessery adjustments in SAP systems • Service provider / responsible for headquarter , store management and employees, • Contact person for employees in tax, social security, • Ensuring compliance for social legislation , • Responsible internal and legal reporting activities • Drawing up monthly e-declarations and getting them approved • Defining the organizational structure of the company in SAP • Solving the problems of shop personnel managers relating to the SAP system • Carrying out in-house reports ISC has the Private Employment Office Permit From Turkish Labor Agency Document Date: 18/05/2012.
