Manager, CRM : Location: Bangalore Job description and key roles *Create, manage, and monitor a CRM database in collaboration with IT & Operations. *Responsible for the daily management and execution of the CRM program across all customer groups. *Articulate clear business justification, prioritization and dependencies around CRM initiatives. Where appropriate define associated investment requirements to support CRM strategy across the organization and ensure link with wider business initiatives. *Provide thought leadership and raise the bar on how to evaluate the business from a customer perspective. *Understand industry standards and develop key performance indicators for all CRM initiatives. In collaboration with the Tech team, develop a single-view of customer analytics framework to better track key KPIs. *Establish key metrics for customer acquisition and conversion, growth, customer migration, retention, and loyalty. *Identify customer segments and key levers to improve recency, frequency and monetary metrics for each segment - prioritize and execute strategies to drive greatest business impact. *Communicate and leverage CRM insights / data to drive business decisions across all channels, including email, display, paid search, direct mail, and events, (online and offline) *Design customer rewards programs and develop segmentation framework. *Design email and direct mail marketing strategies that promote customer loyalty, reengage lapsed customers, and focus on cross-channel selling and upselling strategies. *Devise methods for obtaining, processing and utilizing customer data in order to influence email strategy and design compelling marketing campaigns. Ideal Background *2+ years experience specifically in CRM. *Must have a proven track record in digital marketing, customer communications management, ecommerce as well as opt-in and database growth. *Entrepreneurial mindset, with the understanding of what it takes to work for a start up company. *Technical familiarity and experience with back end technologies and reporting architectures. *Ability to develop systems and processes from the ground up that provide structure and discipline. *Experience guiding and supporting a diverse team of talent towards achieving a mutual goal. *Advanced analytical skills, cross-channel attribution and in-depth database segmentation experience are essential. *Strong Excel and data query skills. *Superb presentation skills to communicate key insights from deep data analysis. *Integrating marketing campaigns, rewards programs and customer loyalty. *Excellent project management skills including the ability to motivate others. *Keen understanding of luxury client attributes, needs and expectations. *Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. *Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This individual will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in the fields of CRM, will be a multi-channel marketer with a strong analytics background and an impeccable command of consumer marketing principles in e-commerce. The successful candidate is customer-centric in his/her approach, has a strong knowledge of best practice CRM models and is comfortable leading the bottom-up development of a CRM program. This person must also be able to engage and work well with various internal departments including Technology, Product Management, Customer Care and Marketing. This position will develop marketing plans, strategies, initiatives and campaigns that focus on building the relationship and value amongst our customers.
