Our company located in Quezon City is currently processing applicants for our Customer Care AND Credit & Collections positions to start ASAP: Customer Care Associate Responsibilities: - Take inbound customer calls from US consumers - Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to client standards - Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution - Escalate appropriate customer issues - Maintain assigned Quality Assurance average Requirements: - At least College level - Preferably with at least 6 months BPO experience in customer service - Competent in using Microsoft Windows - Excellent Communication and Verbal skills (English) - Willing to work in Quezon City and work night shift Credit and Collection Associate Responsibilities: - Perform outbound and inbound calls for US clients working with delinquent or overdraft account holders - Obtain payments and negotiate appropriate resolutions on customer accounts. - Review and analyze financial situation and arranges repayment programs within procedural criteria. - Verify and update account information. - Provide conservative forecast of payments for the month. - Ensure 100% compliance to all government regulations, policies and procedure provided. Requirements: - At least College level - Preferably with at least 6 months BPO experience in customer service - Competent in using Microsoft Windows - Excellent Communication and Verbal skills (English) - Willing to work in Quezon City and work night shift - Experience in credit and collection is preferred - Preference is given to those who can start immediately. Benefits: - Rice Subsidy of Php 1,300 per month and Laundry Allowance of Php 300 per month - Annual Leaves - 15 days for 1st year, additional 1 day of VL for each year of service up to a maximum of 20 days after 5 years of service - Sick Leaves - 15 days per year - HMO - limit of Php 350,000 per illness per year. If you want to add dependents, the company will shoulder 60% of the premium, hence, you will only pay 40% thru salary deduction. - Night Differential - 10% of basic hourly rate if you work from 10pm-6am. Here are the other benefits that we provide to our members: - Special Night Shift Allowance - if you work within 11:30pm-4:30am, you will be provided an additional Php 1,200 allowance per month. - Work from home opportunity - this will depend on the schedule and UPON REGULARIZATION. - Company-provided laptop - Provident fund - we place an equivalent of 5-10% of your basic salary into a savings fund each month which you can get once you resign from the company. Take note that this is NOT salary deduction, as this is a form of a bonus for staying in the company. - Profit sharing - 2-4% of your annual basic salary (Basic x 13; inclusive of 13th month) depending on performance of Business Unit. - Opportunity to travel to the country that you are supporting.
