So its the end of Monday...yep, its just been one day, a full day right?! And I remember this....*There abides boundless freedom for a mom who interprets her mothering through the capable cross of Jesus.* Just how do you do that? Maybe its like the hymn we listened to this morning, maybe its believing Jesus Paid It All? We arent working from a deficit; we arent trying to make up for all we do wrong in a day. The Jesus seekers live the blessing...we take up our cross everyday and follow Him but we dont bear the full weight of it. The day is not coming when we pay God back for our misshapen lives. If we interpret our lives through the Gospel by gazing longer at His Word we realize that every spiritual blessing, every grace, every drop of forgiveness flows to us because there was the cross of Christ and right there as understanding dawns our lives take on freedom! And there comes an easiness into our days...an easy yolk, as The Lord put it, a burden that is light. We arent to be crushed of soul under the cross we carry. Never, because there is perfect freedom in His call, so rest well friend. Let His grace pour.
