Our current culture and society idolizes the athlete, politician and the actors/actresses. Thats fine, I still do to some extent. My hero is my daughter Stephanie Soza. She faces another difficult situation and a dangerous surgery. Ive seen her go through the private hell of chemo. Ive seen the effects of surgery recovery and the pain of the healing process. Ive seen the look of disappointment and frustration on her face. What I also see is the look of determination as she steels herself for another round of surgery and uncertainty. She never complains or says why me? She looks to help others, she finds humor to grasp on to. YOU ARE MY HERO Stephanie Soza!
