Our debate scheduled for 10 June on the Israeli-Palestinian peace process is currently being reviewed. Choosing the line-up for any event (let alone a debate, let alone a debate on a charged and volatile topic) is always a negotiation. The process can be protracted and imperfect. Weve spoken with several advertised panellists today and are determined to reach a solution where different perspectives are heard and no voices are silenced. Our communications with those participants should not be construed to be the last word on the matter. The Wheeler Centre is committed to giving a platform to all sides of this discussion, to providing a space for conversations no matter how difficult.
