Our dedicated team of teachers is constantly reflecting on their pedagogy and improving their practice for the benefit of our students. As part of our staff meetings we continue to undertake professional development as part of our core business. Yesterday’s staff meeting enabled our staff to learn from our more experienced teachers and while the focus of the session was to learn more about adolescent learners, many excellent teaching strategies designed to engage our young learners in the classroom were incorporated in the session. As with all our Master Class sessions, our staff walked away with many practical strategies to engage and motivate our adolescent learners. Our teachers are learners and the photos show some of our group experimenting with a learning strategy.
