Our family has used Paws Animal Clinic for several years, and we have always felt the doctors were kind and helpful until tonight. Our poor old dog, BlackJack, is lying out on the cold ground, no longer able to get up and we would undoubtedly hurt him if we tried to move him. He is very large and heavy and has a hanging fatty tumor. We called to ask for Dr Messel to come out in the morning and put him to sleep, but I got a cold phone call back from some woman saying he couldnt be bothered to do that until the 18th!!! I was expecting to pay a big price for this, but now dont know what to do.
