Our first ONSITE prayer meeting at 8th and Garland on Friday, September 26th, 2014. Lets meet at 7:30 pm and do a prayer walk onsite. We are in the midst of an UPROOT with the HouseLA church. As we worship for a while at our temporary site, remember it is a time to observe our roots and take out what needs to be taken out and put in what needs to be put in. When a gardener uproots a plant, often times it is because the plant outgrown its immediate environment. For the gardener, all he can see is a bigger future. For the plant, an uprooting is disorientation, loss of security, lack of familiarity and insecurity. During this period, we can expect some discomfort, lets grow in new ways! A number of HouseLA members have already hit some major obstacles in their lives and that is why it is a time to REALLY connect with the Lord as a group.
