Our first Poetry Reading was a success with far more people than expected. They were aged from 8 to 80. Chris ODea and Rob Howat read poems that had been special for them and also some of their own. Two youngsters read poems also. Local author Rob Gordon gave a brief talk on what influenced him to write three books. There were tasty refreshments coffee and hot chocolate and a book signing. Notes were also available regarding poetic forms and most there took copies. Thanks to all.
