Our first Sunday here in Bukavu was excellent! My highlight was definitely singing the Swahili songs we had prepared and seeing the entire church excited to sing along with us in their own language. The service was going on 3 hours by the time they dismissed us and they still needed to take communion. Lots of singing! Sounds good to me! I had some yummy goat for lunch. Dan McGhee was a little friendly with his meal before consuming. Incredible meeting with many pastors afterwards. Lots of translation. Some prep tomorrow and youth conference starts Tuesday.
