Our flagship program is called the Measure of a Man Culture Change project, which links the personal-- everything that is happening in the daily lives of males of color, with the political; with progressive movements for social justice that offer theoretical and practical strategies that could be used to enhance the emotional well-being of males of color and increase their chances of living fully and well. Through lectures, workshops, media driven works such as on-the-street question and answer segments, leadership development, trauma and identity counseling, and professional and workforce readiness trainings, the project intends to “Redesign, Rewrite, and ReImagine” male identity and masculinity, while empowering and developing the next generation of leaders and advocates for social change.
