Our hot water heater stopped functioning officially on August 13, 2013 at around 6:30 am. After a cold shower I called Virginia around 7:30 am to notify her of the problem. She was most kind and expressed to me that as soon as she got to work she would create a work order to repair the hot water heater. She was kind enough to call me at around 9:30 am to notify me that she had completed the work order and someone would be calling me today to schedule an appointment to assess the problem.
