Our kids are lucky, our kids are blessed....This afternoon we spent our normal Wednesday at Homework Huddle....I look forward to this every week. Today the topic was Halloween Costumes...kids dreaming about what they would dress up like...Elsa, A ladybug, Dracula, a lego man.....but when a couple of 4th and 5th grade girls were asked if they already had their costumes, their reply was, their mom probably wouldnt have the money for costumes.....Okay....here is the ask....Do you have old costumes your kids have outgrown? Dress up clothes that havent been touched in months? October 25 we will be hosting a Fall Festival at a local apartment complex....We would love to have dress up clothes and costumes that the kids could choose from. If you have anything you are willing to part with, please let me know. You cant imagine what this could mean to a kid.
