Our kids are now old enough to be eating food along with half a day of moms milk... We have begun to milk again and will be preparing cheeses, butter, cream, soaps & lotion with our organic, non-GMO, fed and raised (non vaccinated, no anti-biotics or medication of any kind), HAPPY goats!! Each one of our LARGE ball jars is only half a days milk collection from our bountiful girls!! The kids family is so glad to be back at it for the summer!! We ONLY consume RAW goat milk products because the pasteurization (heating) kills all of the GOOD properties (enzymes, probiotics, vitamins & minerals) too!! The heating process is also what produces the goaty smell to goat products... Our milk smells and tastes like fresh sweet cream!!
