Our last film on Sunday, November 3, is the acclaimed documentary, The Fourth World. This film is 52 minutes and covers Guatemala, Kenya, and the Philippines. There is a hidden world out there ready to explode: The world of slums. Over 1 billion people inhabit this hidden world and if the United Nations is right, that number could triple in years to come. This film takes you inside slums on three continents to meet individuals caught up in the largest people migration in the history of the world. The Fourth World has been shown at over 30 film festivals and received awards at the Lucerne International FF, the Montana Cine Film Festival, the Nevada FF, Redemptive International FF, the Third World Indie FF, Columbia Gorge International FF, the Treasure Coast International FF, the NYLA International FF, and the Honolulu FF.
