Our laws are simple, do not kill the living, unless you know they have been bitten. If you kill a human being, and we find know evidence of an infection, you will be prosecuted. Second law, follow the orders. We will not be strict about that, though. Unless in a life and death situation. Thirdly, do not go outside of our perimeter without reason, and without telling either the Lt. or me. Not only are you endangering yourself, you could potentially be endangering the rest of the settlement. You could lead walkers right to our settlement, or you could lead scavengers and other people that would try to kill us and take our base.
