Our new exhibition opens on Sunday - Fields of Inquiry: Photographs by Yola Monakhov Stockton. This exhibition features two of Monakhov Stocktons bodies of work: Empire Pictures of the Hudson and Field Guide to Bird Songs and explores how life intercepts with nature. The artists documentation of nature coincides with Alice Austens owns obsessive work photographing The Narrows throughout her lifetime. Clear Comfort provides an ideal location to contemplate how their work, history and photography intersect.
