Our new home in Concord, NH but the building is almost 100 years old. Fifteen studios all capable of going live. Mostly radio but several for TV as well. Some both. This facility feeds TV news to the WBIN-TV master control facility about 20 miles away. Lots of work with the city fathers and historical commission to preserve the previous neighborhood look. A ton of antennas on the roof but few if any are visible from most angles. Looks even better inside by reusing the original 100 year old doors, etc. Try doing that with non-local, corporate ownership. Not a chance. Started work on the project in March 2013, now getting really close to passing video. Same with radio. Due to zero debt, the locally owned company operates a network of 16 profitable New England radio stations. A far cry from your typical broadcast operation in trying times. .
