Our new menu has started today, it willl be up on our web page later today, lots of different ideas plus the return, by popular request, of the Chocolate Pudding with Orange Marmalade Ice Cream. The Condamine Alliance are having a conference in Warwick over the weekend, we had some Americans who have come out for this conference, stay with us last night, and we are expecting a large group tomorrow for afternoon tea and while they are here they will inspect the reforesting project that the Killarney Lancare group have been working on here at Spring Creek for the past year. I am sure they will all enjoy this beautiful part of the world.
