Our next wine dinner will be held Monday, July 21st. The theme for this one is Made in America, and will feature wines from around the country paired with an Upscale Barbeque menu. Heres the line-up: 1st Course: Grilled Iceberg Salad Skewer with House Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing paired with Gruet Blanc de Noir Sparkling Wine. 2nd Course: Grilled Potato Salad with Bacon Dijon Vinaigrette paired with Red Tail Ridge Dry Riesling. 3rd Course: Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese and a Deviled Egg paired with Simi Reserve Chardonnay. 4th Course: Grilled BBQ Quail Served and Fried Okra Fingers paired with Elk Cove Mt. Richmond Pinot Noir. 5th Course: Smoked Brisket and Creamed Corn with Fire-Roasted Poblanos paired with Canard Vineyards Zinfandel. 6th Course: Gussied-Up Banana Pudding paired with an Applejack Sour. I know, that last ones not a wine pairing, but trust me, youll love it (and theres a story to go along with it)! The cost is $50 per person and the event begins at 7:00.
