Our ride yesterday on the NUT (North Umpqua Trail). Kris Olin and myself rode around the Susan Creek campground, across the new Tioga bridge and then east to Wright Creek, had lunch and back to trailer, 8 hours 22miles. Daizy passed all tests on the trail, even the narrow on one side steep straight down parts, and a couple little bridges were a bit tricky. I was impressed. But she still prefers to be in the lead and only wanted to be in the middle of that big Tioga bridge. I put my orange vest on the outside of my coat after coming up on two other riders and I saw how visible they were with their bright orange and yellow. The trail is clear from Swiftwater to Wright creek.
