Our rivers may be flowing fast and high with irrigation season in full swing but that doesnt mean you cant catch great fish on lures. You just have to adapt your style of fishing for the situation. We will be posting tips on how to successfully catch natives on lures during the high flows. Tip - Make sure you are fishing in against the bank, in slow water, eddies or back water created by snags or clay banks. The fish will hold tight up in against the bank under tree roots.
