Our soldiers have been until now one of the best in the world when it comes to peace keeping. Their records right from when they were part of the West African Frontier Forces is glaring. From Burma, Somali land, Abyssinia, Lebanon and more recently Liberia and sierra leone. And then came this administration, that have reduced them to manning check points in Mali because they have been considered Ill trained, ill equipped, corrupt and have been found begging for food from people because their government have failed to cater for them. Never have Nigerian Soldiers been reduced to such lowest ebb. Scenes of Nigerian army fleeing battle field have emerged and very disturbing and discouraging. Its soo bad that the army at the check point will happily collect 20 naira and let you leave peacefully. We have lost our prestigious and powerful military and theres only one person to be blamed. You need not be a rocket scientist to figure that out.....
