Our team in Bosnia and Herzegovina has been training child and social protection professionals in Tulza who will work in or support a brand new Mother and Baby Unit - including staff who are currently working in the intstitution we are working to close. We can face strong resistance from existing staff when we start work to close an institution but, with the right support and training, they can become our greatest advocates.
