Our team in Dangboh Town, Rivercess conducting Pump Mechanic Training. With the goal of each of our project becoming community owned, we set up WASH committees, train pump mechanics and equip them with the skills and tools to handle system maintenance and repair. Because women are the collectors of water and are the ones who manage household water use, they make up 50% of the WASH committee to ensure sustainability.
