Outdoor Group Training Sessions - Times for this week are as follows:- Monday - 6am - 7am; 6pm - 7pm (Boxing) Tuesday - 6.30pm - 7.30pm Wednesday - 6.00am - 7.00am; 9.30am - 10.30am; 6.30pm - 7.30pm Friday - 6.00am - 7.00am; 9.30am-10.30am Saturday - 8.30am - 9.30 am All sessions are held a Kirkham Oval in Elderslie, Except for wednesday and friday mornings these are at held at Curry Reserve. First session is free so come along and join our team. ***2 new sessions starting as of the 1st of August*** Thursday nights will be back :)))))) Thursdays 6pm With a new running group starting on a saturday for all my runners and anyone wanting to increase fitness, burn fat, improve their running and train for upcoming events. This will run on a sat at 7.15am meeting at Camden Bike Track softball field end. Looking forward to seeing you all this week :)
